I use AI so I don't have to niche down. Niching down feels like death.

I run a design studio, a spell shop, a planner, four kids, and a brain that wants to do all of it at once. Every AI I used was smart, but each one only saw the slice I was typing about.

So over the last year and a half I built a setup that connects the dots, using only what I choose to give it. It knows today was snack day. It knows the client work is on fire because I've dodged it for three days, and it nudges me gently instead of setting off the shame spiral. It knows what lights me up this week is coloring pages that solve none of my problems, and it protects room for them anyway. It walks the line between all of it, so I don't have to hold it in my head at 2 AM.

We don't use AI for the sake of using it. We use it so we can be in our creativity more. I'm not teaching you about AI. I'm sitting next to you while you build yours.

Not a course. A build.

• BEFOREGet the free setup running, or as far as you can. That's our starting line, so nobody spends week one installing things.
• WEEK 0You tell me what you hate. The parts of running your life and business you avoid, dread, or do at midnight. That's your build list. Mine was email.
• THE CALLSA live group call every two weeks. Small, hands on keyboards, not me talking at you. We build your pieces, click the buttons, and don't hang up until it works.
• BETWEENA group chat for the stupid questions and the wins. I check it around noon and 3, Monday through Thursday. Use the thing you built; that's the homework.
• WEEK 8You walk out with an AI setup that works across your whole week, built on files you own and fed only what you choose, that you can run, change, and grow, plus enough comfort to ask it how to build the next piece.

• No AI for the sake of AI. If a thing doesn't give you back time or peace, we don't build it.
• Your life stays in your files. More on that just below.
• No niche required. Artists, mothers, coaches, witches, women with four businesses and no title. If you refuse to pick one thing, you're exactly who this is for.
• Honest ceiling. Some things it can't do. I still call my own bank.
• I'm not your coach. I'm your nerdy friend with a chair pulled up next to yours.

Your life lives in files you own.

Not in an app's database. Here's the honest version of how private it is:

• Your notes and memory live on your own computer, in plain files you can open, move, and keep forever.
• You decide what the AI sees. Nothing goes in that you didn't put there.
• You can swap AI companies anytime without losing your life's context. It's yours, not theirs.
• We set the privacy settings together, like turning off training on your chats, and we talk about what should never go in.
• The fine print: we build on Claude, so what you ask it goes to Anthropic. For your most private stuff, there's a free local-model option that runs entirely on your own machine.

I'm picky on purpose. The women in the room are half of what you're paying for. If I don't think it's the right fit, I'll refund you in full and tell you why. That's the whole application.
